Who they are
The cell’s driver. He is in the driving seat when Shin gives the order to leave Slough (C07), at the wheel of the van that leaves Birmingham (C10), and still driving at Abbotsfield, accelerating past the village sign in C13. The book gives him no opinions and almost no lines, which is the point: he is the part of the cell that makes the others’ decisions travel.
Book 5 — London Rules
- C07 — At the wheel as the van pulls away from the hall in Slough, when Shin says it is already done.
- C11 — Drives the cell out of Birmingham while An works the radio.
- C12 — With the others near the target, present when An shoots Danny.
- C13 — Takes the van down towards Abbotsfield.
- C14 — Accelerates past the village sign and drives at the church.
