If you like Shirley Jackson's work and would like to find out more about her, may I suggest reading the biography Private Demons by Judy Oppenheimer. It's a fantastic and fascinating read. Check your local library as this book is currenly out of print. Or check at www.abebooks.com. On their front page they have a link to search on a book title and name of author. There are usually 4-10 copies of Private Demons selling anywhere from $4 to $20, so do check this out.
